Terms

These terms are between you and Boaweb AI, Vipemollevagen, Lund, Sweden ("we"), who run Pellun. Creating an account means you accept them and the privacy policy.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older and give an email address you can receive.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- A workspace owner decides who joins the workspace and answers for how its members use it.
What you make is yours
Your chats, memories, skills and settings belong to you. You let us store and process them only to run Pellun for you, including sending them to the services listed in the privacy policy.
AI replies and agents
- Model replies can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it. Replies are not legal, medical or financial advice.
- Agents act on your instructions. When an agent asks before a step, you decide, and you are responsible for the steps you allow.
- Code runs in an isolated sandbox. Tool servers and model providers you connect are yours to choose and run under their own terms.
Fair use
Do not use Pellun to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, or make content that sexualises minors;
- attack, scan or overload other systems, or spread malware;
- send spam, or get around plan limits, rate limits or security controls;
- resell access to Pellun or its hosted models;
- break the usage policies of the model providers serving your requests.
We may pause or close an account that does, and we tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
Plans and payment
- Prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
- Each plan includes a set amount of hosted model usage a month. When it is used up, hosted models pause until the 1st of the next month. We never charge more than the plan price. Models on your own API keys keep working, and your provider bills you for them.
- You can cancel at any time in one click. The plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed.
- We do not refund part-used periods, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw, which these terms do not take away.
- If a price changes, we email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
The service
We work to keep Pellun available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never change. If we remove a feature you pay for or close the service, we tell you ahead of time and you can download your data.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, Your data. We may end these terms if you break them, as described under fair use.
Liability
Pellun is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we email account holders before it takes effect. These terms follow the law of Sweden. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
